My work usually begins in the gap between how an operation is supposed to run and what is actually happening. These examples show how I use leadership, process improvement, quality systems, data, and practical technology to close that gap.

The examples are intentionally general because the underlying manufacturing data and internal processes are confidential.

Production and test data was scattered across files, folders, and disconnected systems. I built an application that consolidated the information, linked related work orders, compared runs, calculated key metrics, and generated usable reports.

Making quality information easier to use

I connected inspection records, measurement data, work-order history, dashboards, and shared resources into a more accessible quality system. The result reduced dependence on tribal knowledge and made information easier for nontechnical users to find and apply.

Using AI without pretending it is magic

I built internal AI assistants and small tools for problem solving, document guidance, data cleanup, reporting, and routine analysis. I treat AI as a practical support tool: define the task clearly, verify the output, and keep human judgment in the process.

Turning “someone should fix that” into a real solution

I use 3D printing, scanning, fabrication, software, and frontline feedback to move quickly from an operational problem to a testable solution. Early prototypes create a faster feedback loop and allow the people using the solution to shape the next version.
